Names of the victims in last week’s fatal dog attack in Waterloo have been identified by police. On Thursday, a woman was injured and a baby was killed in a dog attack incident. Following the attack, the dog was put down. The injured woman has been identified as 49-year-old Susan Smith, and the baby has been identified as 9-month-old Navy Smith. Susan Smith was the baby’s grandmother. Waterloo Police say that the investigation is still ongoing.
