Sites and assignments for the 2024 high school track and field state qualifying meets have been released.
All state qualifying meets are co-ed and take place on Thursday, May 9th.
Among Metro schools…
In Class 4A,
Cedar Falls and Waterloo West compete at the state qualifying meet hosted by Dubuque Senior.
Waterloo East competes at the state qualifying meet at Iowa City High.
In Class 2A,
Waterloo Columbus Catholic is at Denver.
In Class 1A,
Waterloo Christian is at Belle Plaine.
Qualifiers advance to the State Track & Field Championships, which take place May 16th through the 18th at Drake Stadium in Des Moines.
