The UNI men’s basketball team has received a commitment from Cedar Falls high school standout Cade Courbat.
Courbat was a two-year starter for the Tigers. His senior year, the 6-foot-6 forward averaged 10.8 points, 5.7 rebounds and two assists per game.
He helped lead Cedar Falls to the Class 4A state basketball tournament this past season.
Courbat’s older brother Chase also plays for the Panthers and will be a redshirt junior this upcoming season.
