The name of the victim in the fatal shooting early Monday has been released. Waterloo Police continue to investigate the shooting that claimed the life of 19-year old Joseph Quail. Police responded to calls of shots fired at a home near 208 Eighmey Street. When officers and fire personnel arrived at the home just before 5AM, they found Quail dead inside the home, from a shotgun wound to the chest. No arrests have been made, and anyone with information is asked to contact Waterloo Police or Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers.
