Waterloo Police confirm two people died and two people were injured in a crash on Highway 63 Monday morning. Two vehicles collided in the 4200 block of Logan Avenue, north of Big Rock Road just before 8:00 AM. One person from each vehicle was killed. Two passengers in one of the vehicles were taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No names are being released pending the notification of family members. Highway 63 has since reopened to traffic. It was closed down for at least five hours.
