A teenager suffered a leg injury after an early Tuesday morning shooting in Waterloo and another teenager has been arrested in connection with the incident. It occurred around 3:45AM along Baltimore St. between W. 4th and W. 5th Streets. Authorities say they located several shell casings in the 500 block of Baltimore Street. Authorities say the 14-year old was taken to MercyOne for non-life threatening injuries. Officers have arrested 15-year-old Tyrie Wade in relation to the shooting. He has been charged with willful injury and felon in possession of a firearm.
