Waterloo Police are investigating after a dead body was found at Elmwood Cemetery Tuesday afternoon. Waterloo Police and Fire Rescue were dispatched to the cemetery just before 1:00PM after they received a report of a dead body. Officers found a dead man laying under an evergreen tree. Upon further investigation by detectives, they don’t believe that foul play was involved. The name of the man is being withheld until family members have been notified.
