Another Round of Layoffs Coming to Deere Waterloo Operations

Around 190 To Be On Indefinite Layoff Around June 22nd

Starting June 22nd, around 190 workers will not report to their jobs at the John Deere Waterloo Operations, as the company will place them on indefinite layoff. This new set of layoffs is in addition to the more than 300 that were laid off by the company last month. John Deere Waterloo Operations currently have about 5,200 total employees with about 3,300 of them working in production and maintenance jobs.
